FINA (FEDERATION INTERNATIONALE DE NATATION) is the governing body of all international swimming and diving competition. It annually holds several levels of competition for divers. The World Series attracts the best of the world’s divers. May 30 – June 1 the FINA World Series was held in the Windsor International Aquatic and Training Center in Windsor, Ontario. Divers from USA, Canada, Great Britain, Cuba, Ukraine, Japan, China, Italy, Mexico, Germany, Australia, Malaysia, Russia and Austria competed for medals in individual and synchronized events. Most of the divers were competitors at the London 2012 Olympic Games and many will be in Rio in 2016. I photographed the meet for Dive Canada.
