Each year the St Paul’s School Ballet Company in Concord, New Hampshire produces a holiday favorite of The Nutcracker by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. With new costuming and newly choreographed dances this year’s production is particularly enjoyable.
High school students from St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH excel in ballet. Some of their alums have gone on to the world’s best ballet companies. Under the direction of Jennifer Howard, these students take on complex pieces to perform. Here they are practicing for their production of a Merce Cunningham work.
St Paul’s School in Concord, NH is known for its dance program. Recently, dance director, Jennifer Howard, gave this class the good fortune of working with Philip Neal, a former principal dancer at the New York City Ballet and Amy Young formerly with the Paul Taylor Dance Company. Both artists worked with students on programs to be produced at during graduation week at St Paul’s.
